Susan Prince asks: Just wondering: what is the rent on the Square House? And is the wood stove the only source of heat? Whatever, the source, how warm does it stay in the winter? And does the renter have to clear the driveway of snow?
Not sure about the rent - summer week-by-week as opposed to off-season month by month. Year long lease. Heat is mostly by wood stove - also wall unit. The cabin gets LOTS of sun, and tends to keep warm without a lot of effort.
