Tashie had a whisper of mangoes and sticky rice tonight, and a smaller whisper of chicken, She seemed to quite enjoy it. She slept and dozed most of the day, and this evening successfully instructed her nurses how to change her position: slowly and mindfully. She is snoozing now, after reporting her level of pain to be zero!

Dear Tash,
I returned to Camp Sherman from Bend Monday evening to find a message on my machine about your fall and new digs at St Charles. And there I was imagining you, me and Fred having a gin and tonic on your deck last night! Oh, what a bother for you both - I am so sorry. However I know that you will make the very best of this and that you're indomitable spirit will allow you to recover very quickly. I know you will want to be back out at Spring Creek as soon as possible. Please let me know whatever you need that can be of help. And I look forward to visiting you soon, dear friend! With much love, Susie
Eliza-thank you for posting this blog. I am glad to hear that Tash's recovery is going so smoothly. I am sending a big hug to all of you. Take care, Lydia
This blog is wonderful, it's so great to get these little updates and feel connected to Tashie's healing journey. Tell her to keep up work on her appetite because there is a care package of homemade goodies arriving soon! It's already on its way north.
love to all of you! Amey
She is a model for us all!
